A ContextFielD program
MindRecipe™ is a step-by-step program that turns the science of self-awareness into practical tools for everyday life. It helps people understand what drives their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can navigate challenges, make more intentional decisions, and create lasting change.
6 Modules · 30 lessons
A structured program that helps people understand their patterns, navigate challenges, and make intentional changes that last.
See the thoughts, emotions, biology, and conditions that make up your present experience, before deciding what they mean.
Trace where those patterns come from and how the conditions around you shape what you do today.
Clarify what matters, then turn that understanding into small, actionable steps you can practice in everyday life.
Build the conditions and boundaries that help change hold under real pressure, with yourself and the people around you.
Sustain what you’ve built: curate the conditions that help you recover, continue on, and manage perceived regression.
Adapt the framework as your context changes, applying it to new relationships, roles, and seasons.

Victoria has an extensive background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. Pulling from her own experiences navigating substance use dependencies, mental health disorders, relational traumas, and burnout, Victoria offers a clear path forward for those experiencing similar challenges. She understands how difficult life can be without clear guidance, so she created a manual to help people turn chaos into clarity. Having used her education and personal discoveries to re-route her own life, Victoria now offers that process to others. With various certifications in crisis intervention, health and wellness coaching, yoga instruction, meditation and more, Victoria is well equipped to support a variety of individuals and groups. She has trained law enforcement on crisis intervention and relationship techniques, and she currently teaches incarcerated people how to manage stress and rebuild their lives after trauma. Her mission is to equip as many people as possible with the information and techniques necessary to live an autonomous, self-directed life.

ContextField services are available virtually internationally and in-person in Tampa Bay, FL
No on both counts. ContextField is educational: we help people understand the patterns shaping their decisions and offer structured ways to learn from them. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care, and the work is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are working with a therapist, physician, or other practitioner, MindRecipe can complement that work, but it is not equipped to address crisis or trauma treatment.
MindRecipe complements existing EAPs rather than replacing them.
While EAPs typically provide confidential counseling, referrals, and other employee support services, MindRecipe is a structured, non-clinical educational program focused on building practical skills for self-awareness and behavior change.
Facilitated group sessions are included in instructor-led MindRecipe programs.
For participants seeking more personalized guidance, optional one-on-one support sessions can be booked separately, subject to availability and any arrangements made with their organization, if applicable.
Individual sessions focus on applying program concepts, working through challenges, and supporting personal goals. They are educational and coaching-based, not therapy or clinical treatment.
